TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Burka Avenger website and app, an online community for learning languages. The Site is owned and operated by Unicorn Black (Pvt) Limited, a pivate limited company registered at House No 240-B, St No 70, E-11/3, Islamabad, Pakistan.
I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1. Burka Avenger provides its service (the "Service") to you, subject to the following Terms of Service.
2. By accessing or using the Site or app, you (“you”) confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Your continued use of the App or the Site after any such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

III. REGISTRATION
1. In order to use most features of the Service, you must have a valid Burka Avenger account. In order to obtain a Burka Avenger account, you must register with Burka Avenger by providing your user name, a valid email address and other information ("Registration Data") as required by the registration process on the Site. As part of that registration process, you will choose a password and a username for your Profile.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Each account must be used individually and is not transferable. You agree to:
2.1. use your account individually and not share it with others; and
2.2. immediately notify Burka Avenger in writing of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
IV. PRIVACY POLICY
1. Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which can be accessed at BurkaAvenger.com/privacy. By signing up to the Service you accept the terms of these Terms of Service, you also indicate that you understand and consent to the information collection, use, and disclosure practices described in our Privacy Policy.
V. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEB SITES
1. The Site may contain third-party owned content and links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). Burka Avenger does not endorse, sponsor, recommend, or otherwise accept responsibility for any Linked Sites. In addition, Linked Sites are not under the control of Burka Avenger, and Burka Avenger is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of the Linked Sites, including, without limitation, links contained on Linked Sites or any changes or updates to Linked Sites. Burka Avenger may provide third party content and Linked Sites to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of such third party content and Linked Sites is not an endorsement by Burka Avenger in favour of any third party. You further acknowledge and agree that Burka Avenger shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such User Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
2. Burka Avenger respects the Intellectual Property Rights of others, and we ask our Users to do the same. Burka Avenger has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access when using the Service. Material available on or through other websites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of any country. The terms of use of those websites, and not the Terms of Service of Burka Avenger, govern your use of that material.
VI. ADVERTISERS
1. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Burka Avenger shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
2. You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Burka Avenger to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that you will not obscure any advertisements from general view via HTML/CSS or any other means. By using the Service, you agree that Burka Avenger has the right to run such advertisements with or without prior notice, and without recompense to you or any other user. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by Burka Avenger on your Profile are subject to change at any time at Burka Avenger's discretion. For users with a Paid Service membership sponsored through an organisation your service will not include advertisements.
VII. TERMINATION
You can cancel your account and your use of the Service at any time using the cancel function within the “Settings” section of your Profile. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your Profile and all information contained therein may be deleted by Burka Avenger.
VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. You acknowledge and agree that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Service, the Site, any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software"), and all content (including text, videos, images or other materials) contained within the Site and the Service belong to Burka Avenger and its licensors and that, except for the limited licence rights granted to you under clause 12.2, Burka Avenger and its licensors expressly reserve all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Service, the Site, the Content and the Software. The term “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, trade marks, patents, service marks, trade names, rights in know-how, database rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights or equivalent forms of protection, of whatever nature arising anywhere in the world, whether registered or unregistered and including applications for the grant of such rights.
2. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Burka Avenger grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide and non-exclusive licence to use the Site, the Service, the Content and the Software, in each case for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms of Service and any other written or other instructions of Burka Avenger (including any instructions or parameters set down by Burka Avenger within or as part of the Site or the Service).
IX. GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that Burka Avenger may establish general practices and limits concerning storage of data on the Service and may modify such practices and limits from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge that Burka Avenger reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for a period of more than 12 months.
X. GENERAL INFORMATION
You agree that these Terms of Service represent the entire understanding between you and Burka Avenger in respect of your relationship with Burka Avenger as a User (except in respect of Paid Services, which are governed by the Paid Services Terms in addition to these Terms of Service). These Terms of Service supersede any previous agreements between you and Burka Avenger including any previous version of these Terms of Service.
